Instead the Proceed to Secure Payment Server button at the bottom of the order page takes you to a THAWTE certificated secure server utlizing Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology which encrypts your credit card details as they are transmitted to the secure server. This is the technology used by online stores around the world like amazon.com.
Our secure server is provided by kudos.net.nz and the web page you are taken to includes a link to verify the validity of their THAWTE SSL certificate. You can also verify that the web page you are viewing is located on a secure server by looking for the padlock icon on the status bar of your browser. Another sign is that the web page address begins https:// instead of the normal http://.

To further protect your security your credit card details are used exclusively by the Kudos credit card service which automatically deletes the details once they have been processed by the bank. No record of your credit card details are retained by either Kudos or alberon.com.
Privacy policy
We respect your privacy. The information collected for your order will not be sold to anyone and will be used only by alberon.com for the purpose of fulfilling your order and notifying you from time to time of specials or new products.
Delivery
Orders are dispatched next business-day by NZ Post's International Air service. Delivery time is 3-10 days days depending on destination. Postage is charged at cost and is determined by weight and destination.
Exchanges
We all make mistakes and sometimes you can buy one thing when you meant to buy something else. As long as you pay for the extra postage and any difference in price, we will happily exchange purchases.
